Solar Energy-By Iszi Taylor

Solar panels…

Using solar panels is an excellent way of generating renewable energy to power appliances in the house, or even office. The light energy from the sun is transformed into useable energy for the home. This can be used to heat up hot water or even for the television to work.  This innovative energy saving method has found its way onto the roofs of millions of houses worldwide as the house owners have realised this is both energy and cost efficient as it saves money over the years.

Another advantage to using solar panels is that it is a renewable source of energy as the sun is always present so we do not have to worry about conserving this energy or cutting down on our solar energy intake.

Solar panels do not pollute the environment and do not have waste products or give off greenhouse gases to the atmosphere. Also it does not damage eco-systems as it does not have spillages or dredging

In addition to this, solar panelling is a very appealing feature of a house that attracts potential buyers and can raise the house price so if you are selling a house this can be a great advantage as it is a desirable attribute by being having a lower energy consumption cost for the house.

If there are money issues for installing a solar panel, many companies have policies that it is free for people over sixty or disabled to have a solar panel installed…so you may be eligible to have this benefit added to your home.
